Impression • Reassembled is a generative art project that translates photographs and paintings into compositions built from procedurally generated forms. Visual information from each source guides the colour, scale, density, and orientation of individual elements. Their accumulation reconstructs the image through a new geometric structure while preserving traces of its original composition.

Image - Procedural Form
The project translates source images into compositions built from procedurally generated forms. Visual information from each image guides the placement, scale, colour, orientation, and density of individual elements. Adaptive spatial packing and procedural shape generation work together to reconstruct the image through a new geometric structure, producing different relationships between detail, abstraction, and recognisability.
